Over winter break, I visited the Boudin Bakery in San Francisco and witnessed bread art in the making! Here’s just a selection of some of the creative objects they crafted out of sourdough bread. When I was there, they were in the process of perfecting a giant football to get ready for the Superbowl. But regardless of what shape they make, their bread sure is tasty!
