3D Stereoscopic Mapping

In Barcelona, they have a festival in February in which light installations are projected onto various buildings and accompanied by sound effects. This particular one, created by Onionlab, uses multiple 2D images as well as different lights, colors and shapes to create a digital animation that gives off the effect of a 3D illusion. (If any of you have ever been to Longwood Gardens’ Nightscape light and sound show, this kind of reminds me of it). The audience had to wear special colored glasses to see it in its true form, but the video of it is also pretty cool!
